By placing a booking with Gooder Ltd the client is presumed to have agreed these terms and conditions of sale without modification.

Gooder Ltd requests a minimum of 24 hours notice for any online bookings.

If you would like to book a car with less than 24 hours notice please call us at 07858124120 and we’ll try our best to accommodate your needs.

We do charge VAT at 20%.

Any booking is to be considered confirmed only once paid in full. Payment in full is always required at time of booking.

Any job cancelled within 1 week of the time of hire will forfeit 100% of the cost.

Any job cancelled will forfeit 50% of the cost.

For special events and personalised quotes Gooder may chose not to ask for full payment in advance but instead to ask just a deposit, this is solely to Gooder’s discretion.

All vehicles are fully insured for the purpose of transportation in accordance with British Law. Properties are carried entirely at the Clients own risk and Gooder Ltd shall not be held responsible / liable for any losses / damage to such property.

Gooder Ltd does not accept any responsibility for personal goods left in the vehicle, however we keep a book log of all found items and will do our best to return it to the owner.

The chauffeur will choose what is, in his opinion, the best route to a particular destination according to traffic conditions and will always drive at a reasonable speed and accordingly.

If traffic conditions, including road closures, accidents, unforeseen heavy traffic and acts of god, prevents the driver from arriving on time, leading to missed appointments/forwarding travel plans etc, Gooder Ltd cannot be held responsible.

Airport Transfers: we monitor flights and we include 60 minutes waiting time from the aircraft landing at the time scheduled in order for clients to receive luggage and pass through passport control. Gooder chauffeurs will always meet and greet you inside the airport.

Gooder Ltd shall not be held responsible for missed airline flights due to causes beyond our control or insufficient time allowed for the journey by the client.

Car parking and tolls may be charged at cost.

Any excess hours travelled over and above that quoted will be charged at the standard rate.

Any parking tickets gained by the request of the client asking the chauffeur to wait shall be charged at cost.

Smoking and vaping (consuming e-cigarettes) are not permitted in any of our vehicles.

Any damage to the vehicle inside or out caused by the client or the client’s guests shall be paid for in full, together with loss of earnings.

Gooder Ltd and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).

We may provide subcontracted Tesla model S in a variety of colours.

If you have any concerns or complaints please contact us within 48 hours to report it.

By supplying your email address you permit Gooder Ltd to contact you via email, in return we promise never to supply your email to any third party.

The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, e-mail address and phone number.

We DO NOT store your credit/ debit card information once your booking has been processed, unless you are opening an account with us.
